As a locally owned and operated restaurant with a Pasture to Plate Mission, we focus on providing our customers with food that’s been sourced directly from local farms and producers. The term “pasture to plate” emphasizes the idea of transparency in the sourcing and preparation of food, highlighting the journey of the ingredients from where they are grown or raised, to the plate of the customer.
We prioritize using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients in our dishes! Working closely with nearby farmers, ranchers, and food artisans has helped us to create a menu that showcases the flavors of the region while supporting the local economy and reducing the environmental impact associated with long-distance food transportation.
